About College Board Talent Network

The College Board Contractor Talent Network is primarily designed to support temporary and project-based types of staffing requirements. However, on occasion we do support contract to hire and direct hire staffing requirements.

Referrals

There are three primary ways to refer people into the Contractor Talent Network:

Browse Jobs & Refer: You can review the open jobs here and click the “Refer” button to submit the details of your contact with their email address. The application will notify your contact and keep you in loop when your referral applies for the job all the way through to when they get hired.

Share: When you are logged into the application reviewing a posted job you will find Social Media icons for Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Clicking any of these icons will let you share the job link with your social network. This link is equipped with a unique token corresponding to your account. We track anyone who applies with this link as your inbound referral and will notify you of the progress.

Invite your network: When you are logged into the application, you will find the “Referral Reward” option on the left side menu. Clicking on it will give you an option to invite anyone from your network using their email address. We made it super easy to import your contacts from your address book on Google, Outlook, Yahoo and several other providers listed on this screen. When your invited contacts join the network and are successfully placed on an assignment, you will be notified.
